MEET DERRICK
Clinical experience. A down-to-earth perspective.
I’m Derrick Jack. My work has taken me from clinical settings and crisis assessment to corporate boardrooms and community conversations.
I earned my Master of Social Work at Spalding University and my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Ball State University. Since 2015, I’ve also worked with leaders and teams as a strengths consultant and trainer through Jack Fundamentals.
Across those settings, my focus stays the same: take the big ideas about values, behavior, and human potential and turn them into something a person can use in everyday life.
I’m also interested in the thoughtful, ethical use of technology in clinical work, with the human relationship at the center.
A brief message on LinkedIn is a good first step. Let me know whether you’re interested in clinical services, coaching, or a conversation for your team. We can discuss the right next step from there.
Is strengths coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on strengths, development, and personal or professional goals. Clinical services address mental health and treatment needs. When you reach out, we can clarify which kind of support you’re looking for.
What about availability, fees, and insurance?
Please contact me directly to discuss current availability, service location or format, fees, and any insurance questions. These details depend on the service and should be confirmed before scheduling.
Can you work with my team or organization?
My training and consulting experience includes corporate teams, university departments, and clinical settings. Reach out with your team’s goals to discuss a workshop, coaching, or speaking engagement.
YOUR NEXT STEP STARTS HERE
You bring your story. Let’s take it from there.
